5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only (not to the deposit plus bonus). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit after the bonus is claimed.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless bs999 has specifically approved this.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device will be considered suspicious.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, bs999 reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit all bonuses and winnings.
6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
- Using bots or automated programs to play games.
- Colluding with other users to influence outcomes.

If suspicious activity is detected, bs999 may open an investigation without prior notice and temporarily suspend the account.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
bs999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, particularly in the following circumstances:

- Instruction from a legal authority.
- Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.
If the balance is considered withdrawable before an account is closed, the user will have the opportunity to withdraw that amount. However, the balance of an account closed due to prohibited activities may be forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability
bs999 bears no liability in the following circumstances:
- Any loss resulting from the user's own carelessness or negligence.
- Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways.
